Privacy

This page explains what happens to your details when you sign up for the Dan Palmer Studio starter kit or send a message from the Collaborations page at danpalmergolf.com. The site is run by Dan Palmer (Dan Palmer Golf), who is responsible for your data. You can contact me at dan@danpalmergolf.com.

What I collect

Your videos and photos

The tools run inside your own browser. The clips and pictures you open in them stay on your computer and are never uploaded to this website or anyone else.

Why I collect it

I never sell or share your details with anyone else, and I don't use them for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses one cookie, called dpg_kit, to keep you signed in to the kit for up to a year. It's needed for the kit to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The sign-up page remembers which link you arrived from in your browser so it can be saved with your sign-up.

Who else is involved

How long I keep it

Collaboration messages are deleted once we've finished talking about them. Sign-ups are kept until you ask me to delete them, or until the free kit closes and I've told everyone who asked to hear about what comes next. After that your details are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them, by emailing dan@danpalmergolf.com. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
